No Cancellations or Modifications: Once an order for our Ayurvedic hair oil has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Our fulfillment team begins processing orders immediately to ensure your products reach you quickly. We kindly request that you review your cart carefully—including herb selection, quantities, and shipping address—before completing your purchase. 

Order Verification: Prior to finalizing your transaction, please take a moment to thoroughly review your order details. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. We highly recommend double-checking your contact and delivery details before proceeding to the payment stage. 

Returns and Exchanges: Given the personal nature of our natural hair care products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, there are no returns and no refunds once an order has been processed. 

Defective or Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide a clear photograph of the entire delivery box and the products as they arrived. Order Cancellation by Sudesh Adhivasi: We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, technical errors, fraudulent activities, or violations of our terms and conditions. If your order is canceled by our team, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
